The blogger is a lawyer graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Owing to keen interest in legal affairs, discussions and leading judgements this blog is an initiative on part of the author to expound various discourses relating to and impacting the legal world in the most explicable lexicon appealing to readers from all walks of life as law must not be considered merely a subject rather a substantial part of our lives for "ignorantia legis neminem excusat".
